Job Description


  • Minimum of 3 years IT experience with in a Data Analytics role
  • Exposure in at least one domain out of Oil & gas, Manufacturing, Power, Pharma, Utilities, Automotive, BFSI/Insurance, etc
  • Expert knowledge in use cases, business model diagrams, data models and flowcharting
  • Should be hands on in core data and custom analytics reports, well versed with concepts, with expertise in engineering calculations, maths, understanding technicalities
  • Ability to meet with the business users and Product Management to gather detailed requirements
  • Expert ability to talk to clients and understand their requirements.
  • Expert knowledge in full life cycle development, agile development and project management
  • Ability to solve operational and process issues
  • Expert ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex design
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter mindset, ability to work in a dynamic start up environment.
  • Ability to innovate using statistical techniques and advise client on newer analytical methodologies/solutions etc.
  • Derive problem statement from ambiguous data, create hypothesis, use analytics technology and tools to test hypothesis and form conclusions



  • Understanding and working knowledge of prominent methodologies like Machine learning algorithms, Logistic/Linear Regressions, Data Mining Algorithms
  • Working knowledge of any of the analytical tools like R, MINITAB, Python
  • Any Data visualization tool like Tableau, Qlik View, Success Factor, etc.
  • Experience to build the tools/automation using VBA
  • Handful experience to mine huge amount of data using Advanced Excel, SQL Server, Big Data tools like Hadoop, PIG, HIVE, etc.
  • Good project management, Communication and presentation skills
